This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how FitEduHub handles cancellations, failed or duplicate payments, download-access problems, and refund requests for digital educational resources purchased through https://fiteduhub.com/ (the “Website”). Please review this Policy and the product details before placing an order.
1. Products Covered by This Policy
This Policy applies to individual PDF units, chapter-wise study resources, and digital bundles sold through FitEduHub. Each relevant product page or checkout should identify the class, subject, unit or chapters included, product description, price, and any special download conditions.
Free previews and samples are supplied to help customers review a resource before purchase. A preview is not the complete paid PDF unless the product page expressly says otherwise.
2. Review the Product Before Payment
Before paying, confirm the product title, class, subject, unit, edition or language, description, price, and—where buying a bundle—the units included. Please use the free preview where available. If you are unsure whether a PDF is the correct one, contact us before purchasing.
Keep your order confirmation and use the email address entered at checkout when contacting FitEduHub about an order.
3. Payment, Delivery and Download Access
- Access to a paid PDF is provided after the payment provider confirms successful payment and the order is processed.
- Where available, the download link may appear in the order confirmation or email. Customers can also sign in with the same account and open My Account → Downloads.
- Standard PDF purchases are intended to remain available through the customer account without a fixed expiry date or download-count limit, unless the relevant product page or checkout clearly states a different condition.
- Customers should keep a personal copy of a successfully downloaded PDF. Purchase permits personal educational use only; unauthorised resale, redistribution, public posting, or sharing of paid files is not permitted.
If a payment appears to have been deducted but the order or download is missing, contact us before making another payment so we can check the transaction and help prevent a duplicate charge.
4. Cancellation and Change-of-Mind Requests
You may leave checkout before payment. An unpaid or pending order does not create a right to access the full paid PDF.
Once payment is confirmed and the correct digital resource has been made available for download or downloaded, a refund will not normally be approved solely because of a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or a selection of the wrong class or unit, provided the product information and price were clearly displayed before purchase.
Each request will still be assessed on its facts. This rule does not exclude a refund or other remedy required by applicable law, or a valid request involving duplicate payment, failed delivery, an incorrect or corrupted file, or a material mismatch with the product description.
5. Situations Where a Refund or Other Remedy May Be Considered
Please contact FitEduHub if any of the following occurs. We will review the order and payment records and determine the appropriate solution under this Policy and applicable law.
- Duplicate payment: more than one payment was collected for the same order or transaction.
- Payment deducted but no confirmed order: the bank or payment service shows a debit but the order or payment status remains unconfirmed.
- Download unavailable: payment succeeded but the promised download access is missing, and reasonable troubleshooting does not resolve the problem.
- Wrong or corrupted file: the delivered file is not the purchased resource, cannot be opened, or is technically corrupted, and a corrected file cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
- Material mismatch: the resource materially differs from the product description shown when the order was placed, including a bundle missing material that was expressly listed as included.
- Other legally required cases: any circumstance in which a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Where appropriate and practical, we may first offer corrected files, restored download access, or another solution that resolves the issue. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law or warranted by the circumstances.
6. Requests That Normally Do Not Qualify for a Refund
Subject to applicable law and the facts of the individual case, a refund will not normally be approved solely because:
- the customer changes their mind after the correct digital resource has been made available or downloaded;
- the customer selected the wrong class, unit, edition, language, or bundle even though the details were clearly displayed before payment;
- the customer expected material, features, or services that were not promised in the product description; or
- the customer no longer needs the resource after purchase.
These examples do not restrict statutory consumer rights or valid claims involving duplicate charges, failed delivery, defective or incorrect files, material misdescription, or other circumstances covered in Section 5.

Please include:
- Your name and the email address used at checkout.
- Your WooCommerce order number, if one was generated.
- The product name and approximate purchase date.
- A short description of the problem and the solution requested.
- Where relevant, the payment transaction/reference ID or a screenshot with sensitive information hidden.
Never email your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password, one-time password (OTP), or payment API credentials. Hide sensitive personal or account information from screenshots.
Please report delivery or file-access issues as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days so we can investigate promptly. This request period does not reduce any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Complaint Review and Response Time
We will review the order status, payment confirmation, download permissions, product description, and information supplied with the request. We may ask for reasonable additional details needed to identify a transaction or reproduce a technical issue.
FitEduHub will acknowledge receipt of consumer complaints within 48 hours and work to redress them within one month from receipt, in accordance with applicable e-commerce rules. Where a payment provider or bank must investigate the transaction, we will explain the next step as reasonably practicable.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated through the original payment method or the payment provider’s supported refund process. FitEduHub aims to initiate an approved refund within 7 business days after approval. The time for the money to appear in the customer’s account may vary by payment provider, bank, and payment method.
A WooCommerce order status alone does not prove that money has been returned to a bank account. The refund must also be processed through the relevant payment route. If the original route cannot process the refund, we will contact the customer to discuss a lawful, reasonably verifiable alternative.
10. Failed, Pending or Test-Mode Payments
A pending payment may take time to be confirmed. Check the order confirmation and payment status before trying again. If your account was debited but the order remains unconfirmed, contact us with the transaction reference so we can investigate.
Test-mode transactions are simulations and do not represent real customer payments. A test order or test refund does not prove that a live payment or refund has been processed.
11. Access After a Refund or Cancellation
Where an order is cancelled or refunded, FitEduHub may disable access to the related paid download to the extent permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the refund. If the order remains valid and we only resolve a technical access problem, access will normally remain available under the terms displayed for that product.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you do not recognise a transaction or believe a payment was unauthorised, contact your bank or payment service provider promptly and notify FitEduHub where appropriate. We will review relevant order and delivery records and cooperate with legitimate payment investigations. Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from contacting their bank, payment provider, consumer forum, or other competent authority.
13. Consumer Rights
This Policy describes FitEduHub’s normal handling process. It does not waive, exclude, or reduce any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a mandatory legal rule conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory rule will apply to the extent of the conflict.
14. Policy Updates
We may update this Policy when our products, payment methods, download arrangements, or legal obligations change. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when an updated version is published. The policy applying to an order will be considered together with the product details shown at purchase and applicable law.
