FitEduHub publishes educational and informational material relating to Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports Psychology, fitness, training, sports and games, academic learning, and related topics. The Website may offer free articles, free previews, paid educational PDF downloads, digital tools, account features, post notifications, affiliate links, advertising, and links to third-party websites.
3. Acceptance and Eligibility
You must use the Website lawfully and be legally capable of entering into the relevant transaction. 14. Personal Use and Restrictions on Purchased PDFs
Unless the product page expressly grants a broader licence, a paid PDF is licensed for the purchaser’s personal educational use. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying material. You may not resell, upload for public distribution, share paid download links, distribute copies to a group, remove copyright notices, or use a paid resource commercially without written permission from the rights holder, except where applicable law permits such use.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts a use expressly permitted by applicable copyright law.
15. Refunds, Cancellations, and Failed Payments
Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, applicable law, the payment provider’s records, and FitEduHub’s published Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy explains the process for issues such as duplicate payments, a payment deducted without a confirmed order, a missing download, an incorrect file, or a corrupted file.
For a payment or access issue, email contact@fiteduhub.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs, or one-time passwords. We will review the available order and payment records and communicate the next steps.
Any approved refund will normally be initiated through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed for that case. The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank. This section does not promise automatic refunds in every situation and does not exclude a consumer right or remedy that applies by law.
